All ammo purchased here must be used at the range, or left with us. You are reimbursing us for the cost of the ammunition for training. NJ 2C:58-3.3 g. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the sale of a de minimis amount of handgun ammunition at a firearms range operated by a licensed dealer; a law enforcement agency; a legally recognized military organization; or a rifle or pistol club which has filed a copy of its charter with the superintendent for immediate use at that range.

Refund Policy:
Due to the limited seating and logistics involved in scheduling your training cancellations and changes in scheduling must be made at least 48 hours before commencement of training. Your range time and Instructors are reserved for you for the time scheduled. There will be a 30% plus processing fees if cancellation is requested within 6 months of purchase and 50% plus processing fees if cancellation is after 6 months of purchase.

No refunds if cancellation is within hours of schedule, and there will be a $82 fee to reschedule.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early and we give people 15 minutes to arrive and then we start classes. If you are more than 20 minutes late you may be rescheduled for a later class, and there may be additional cost of $82 for the later range session.

Rescheduling: If you fail to contact us within a 24hr. period prior to your CONFIRMED Range Session, there will be a $82 fee to reschedule. All scheduling and confirmations are done by email.

Qualification failures:
If your Instructor recommends that you receive more training to be able to qualify, additional range sessions with the Instructor will be $82 per session and will be scheduled for later dates until you have satisfactory proficiency.

No refunds after 1 year or if you are deemed ineligible by federal, state or local authorities. You must have a clean record: No criminal, domestic or mental health history, or pending cases in order to apply for licensing. We do the training, we do not approve your applications.
